Duncan Commercial has provided brokerage services over a wide area of Maryland, southern Pennsylvania and the West Virginia Panhandle. Duncan started in commercial brokerage in Prince George’s county, Maryland, where he served four years as the county’s top non-elected Executive and for seven years before that as Administrator to the Prince George’s County Council. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for John Hanson Savings Bank, also serving on its Real Estate Loan Committee, prior to entering real estate brokerage. His experience in local government gives him in-depth knowledge and understanding of local land use plans, laws and regulations, and his unique blend of real estate, lending and local government experience enables him to bring added value to customers and their real estate objectives.
